Cannon Stubblefield, ISA
Cannon Stubblefield is a personal property appraiser based in Roanoke, Virginia, serving clients throughout Southwest Virginia and surrounding regions. He has spent more than twenty years actively collecting, buying, and selling art and tangible personal property, with particular depth in fine art and works on paper — including limited edition prints, vintage and contemporary concert posters, modern graphic art, and related cultural ephemera.
His experience developed through direct participation in secondary markets — studying objects, tracking auction and private sales, negotiating transactions, and evaluating condition across a range of art categories. Long-term engagement in printmaking, poster art, and contemporary graphic works cultivated a practical understanding of value formation, edition characteristics, condition sensitivity, provenance considerations, and shifting demand within specialized collecting communities.
While his primary focus centers on fine art and significant collectible works, his broader market experience also includes select antiques, decorative objects, jewelry, and numismatic material. Informal valuation guidance for collectors and peers ultimately evolved into formal appraisal practice — a progression from market participation to structured, standards-based reporting.
Cannon is a member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA).
Brittany Osornio is an emerging personal property appraiser with specialized experience in vintage clothing, designer accessories, and collectible fashion goods. She has completed the ISA Core Course in Appraisal Studies and the 15-Hour Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) course, and is a member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA).
In addition to her formal appraisal education, Brittany has extensive experience collecting, researching, buying, and selling vintage clothing and designer accessories, and previously operated an online resale business under the name Grey Gardens Estate. This long-term market participation has included direct involvement in secondary-market transactions through online marketplaces and private sales, providing extensive practical familiarity with market behavior, condition sensitivity, and pricing trends within the fashion and accessories categories.
Brittany is also a practicing visual artist working in large-scale mixed media and contemporary abstract forms, and holds a background in studio art from the University of Tennessee. This training contributes a refined eye for materials, construction, and condition assessment that supports her evaluative work.
